Not delivery to parcel

Bike booked thru parcel service not delivered even after 10 days.

Hi,

I have booked a parcel (A Hero Honda CD down) thru railways parcel service on 13th June. (Bill number B 152565) at Ballia (bui) Railway station. It was to send from Ballia to Delhi (dli)

but till date i couldnot delivery. So please conforme the current status.
