Hero Honda CBZ-Xtreme
Improper Service

I bought a Hero Honda CBZ-Xtreme PY-01-AJ-3816 from Valli Motors in Pondicherry Six Months back. Since then I had problem with my fuel carburetter and Ignition. I had complained several times and fault could not be rectified by them. Since I had serious problem with fuel loss from carburetter and Ignition I could not use my bike properly. Hence I again gave my bike for service but the faults still persists. I am totally unhappy with the service and improper response from the concerned authorities. It is highly frustrating for me that Hero Honda being a top profile company could not offer proper response and service. So I request you to give me a proper response as early as possible or let me take the problem seriousely in legal manner.
