Dear Sir / Madam,

It is to apprise your benign notice that I bought the vehicle XTREME CBZ – UP 15 AC 8033 on 9th July from Meerut (Shri Shyamjee Autowheels Pvt. Ltd.). It had the misbalancing at the back wheel from the first day due to which it does not ride smoothly on the road. The same has been communicated to your service centre but they have put me off saying that Alloy Wheel does not fall in under guarantee. Apart from this it has got voice in the engine. As a customer I have blind faith in Hero Honda and without giving a second thought to any other brand I have purchased Hero Honda product due to Goodwill. Hope I have not committed a mistake.

The customer satisfaction should be the priority so that the hardened money they have spent on the product. It must be properly taken care of as long as vehicle at least falls in guarantee.

In fact one complaint I have already forwarded to Hero Honda but no response.

Looking forward to a quicker favourable response.
