DEALER BEHAVIOUR & UNFORMAL SYSTEM OF SHOWROOM

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased a Hero Honda Dawn Bike bearing Engine no. 07E22E15170 and Frame no - 07E22F06394 from A HERO HONDA COMPAMY, S LUDHIANA Dealer M/S Jyoti Motors, G.T. Road Ludhiana on 18 May on the same day i made all the related payments in cash immediately and final the deal instantly but the concerned dealer had not provided me any document i.e. Bill of Bike, Owner Manual Booklet etc. The only Document he provided me is a quotation of bike he just signed it and gave it to me, when i asked for the other related legal documents then he replies that he will provide the same later on a day.

When i again visit the showroom on 20 may for collecting my related documents then no sales man is available on the seat and when i goes to the owner, s office then he very rudely says to me that who are you to visit directly my office go away and meet with the sales man first when i says that there is no sales man available on the seat then he says just go away and wait and when i asked for my Invoice and owner, s manual booklet etc. then till now (after two days of sale) the invoice is not made and he speaks very rudely to me that he gifts me the same bike as free and after a accounts executive made the invoice on 20 may in spite of the bike is sale on 18 may and till now my owner, s manual guide and cash receipt for the payment i made is not provided to me.

Is really this is the way of dealing of Hero Honda with his customers? in the first dealing that kind of rude dealing is made with me that what i can expect on the next dealings. you knows that all advertisements, Banners, T.V. advertisements other schemes has not the credibility which a satisfied customer have, and i feel coursey on me that i deal with Hero Honda.
