Sir;

I am an owner of 1 year old C D DELUXE (K L 35 7423) which has covered 3000 km. I write this letter to register a complaint with you regarding my bike.

On my way back from the last service at RESMI AUTOMOBILE AT PALA; KOTTAYAM ; the motor bike started showing problems. Afterwards the bike failed to start. On informing the dealar Resmi Automobiles they removed the "CDI UNIT" after inspection of bike. It has been 2 month since they have taken the CDI UNIT. they do not give agood response when we contact them. Afterwards we contacted the ERNAKULAM office also but did not get favourable response.

It has been 2 months since the bike is not working. so I request you to kindly look into the matter and please take immeadiate action for replacing the BIKE/CDI UNIT
