Poor services and Pilfrege of item

Sir,
I Would like to bring this complaint in your notice that company authorized service centres provide very poor service to their customers for an example - I would like to brief u about my experience with the company
i have given my bike for servicing after an accidentON 14/05/09 at Khanna Auto Service Centre, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi- 59 . I had checkhed every thing before giving to them at that time there was approx. 10 litres of petrol in my bike i infomed them also, even they had also measured the same and written down on the job card. After 14 days when i received my repaired bike i found no petrol in the bike even my personal helmetlock is missing when i checked with the manager on the shift. He said; in this matter i can't help you out better if you can check with supervisor on shift and then when i checked with the supervisor he appolozised and gave me 2 litres of petrol so this was my bad experience with the hero honda company which having a good name in the market.
