Complaint of miss veena for a bike and misbehavier with valuable custome

i was booked a hero honda gloumer black with forest blue colur bike but till now i have no recieved any call from ur site that when it will come, then i go to ur showroom (patliputra automobile, patna, bihar) but ur sales executive miss veena was called me that this will not gave to u, but at the time of booking she was tell me that this is gave u conform, and then i was gave total amount RS 49329/- but she was challenge to me that tumhe jo karna hai kar lo dekh lenge, very bat miss behavier with us, this is not the rule of sales, please arrenge my bike as soon as possible and tell to veena that she will talk with customer with smily at any time, this is the responsibility of sales person .she will not challenge to any one,

this bike is booked with the name of MR. Zaheer ahmad
