Avrage and 2nd gear problem

Respected sir,

I bought my hero Honda glamour on 7th of AUG. 2008 from Globel automobile Delhi -Ghar road near Telco, HAPUR (Ghaziabad).

Till then I faced so many problems with bike. I complained it so many times about my avrage and 2nd Gear but result is 0. Sir I used it very carefully and derive it about 4400 kms only, but when i complained them it was only 3500kms.and i have done three service from Globe automobile. But it contains problem in its 2nd gera and it's Avrage. Sir hero Honda is a well known name in automobiles that's why I purchased this bike. Sir I belong to a medium class family where 51, 000 Rs have a great value. Sir I disturbed mentally, physically as well as economically by this product. That's why I am requesting you to take action and advised me How can i repair my bike. And sir if Hero Honda provide this kind of product and service to the customer then i thinks that future is very short.

Plz do the need full for the same ASAP.

I hope it will be done quickly as your site.
