Problems dealing with engine

This is to bring to your notice sir that i Ajai kumar Dixit working in Punjab National Bank, Lucknow. I have puchased Glomour on 11.05.06 engine no:05LAMM20244 chasis no:05LAMC10806 from Sunil Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd. Lucknow.

The smoking cylinder kit is not working properly as informed by the service manager.

According to store manager we have intend last 3 months but the company has still not provided the abvoe noted kit.

If any major problem arises due to this the company will be responsible for it.

As per the stats your company tops the list of 2 wheeler companies round the globe. So in my opinion such problems should not arise taking in view the reputation of your company.

If your company is not in a position to change the required part then probably you should repalce the engine.
