Defective Speedomete

Sir, I have purchased above said product on date 27.03.09 And only after One month, Speedometer of My Hero Honda Hunk, get damaged and not working without any reason. I went to service center and concern over there told me that Speedometer needs to be replaced & it will not be free of cost. As my vehicle is under warrenty periode and their was not any accident or external damage to my vehicle, so I requested to them to replace it freely but instead they loged complaint & assured me that their Service Engineer will himself call me but uptill now there is no significant progress And It creates great amount of trouble to me. It seems as if your company has not assured quality product. So I request u to replace my Speedometer. Otherwise I need to file petition against ur company in consumer forum unwillfully.
