Worst service

Today i had my first servicing for karizma at niksia group gultekadi in pune, servicing was done without washing and polishing, when i complaint regarding this i was told that we dont have polish in our showroom and somehow they managed to wash my bike.

my question is that if you mention washing and polishing as part of your service job then why your showroom dont have this facility.
