Delay to deliver bike

Hallo sir/madam,

My name is om shankar rai, i booked my hero honda bike on 07/12/08. in howrah-amritsar exp.(3049) from panagarh to buxar. after one week also my bike could not arrive at buxar railway station while my bike was loaded infront of my eyes on the same day (07/12/08) at 1700hrs. Though i was charged for some extra money by the railway employee who was on the duty on 07/12/08 at1700hrs but still my bike is missing.

I use to go every morning at buxar railway station to check my bike's status but they always behave rudly.

I am not able to understand where to go..plz help me
