Delay to deliver bike

Dear sir/madam,

I booked my hero honda m/c through indian railway parcel booking service on 07/12/08, in train no.3049up howrah-amritsar exp.from panagarh to buxar, even after 9 days my bike couldnt be deliverd at buxar railway station.

As i am a defence employee my leave is going to end in next week, after that it will be very dificult to check my bike's status.

further i request u to look into this matter and kindly inform through my email address about my bike's status.
