Regarding Service

I want to complained hero honda motorcyle agency based in gurgaon name Jasoda Sale & Service, Marh 2 i did sevice of my bike but they break my bike when i complained this work they behave very bad with me, when i meet senior person of agency they are not redy to listen to me. They listen only their employees and relie them, when i request more than they recieve my complained on March, 7 2008 at 2:00 PM. And gave me bike on 6:15 Pm but problem is proper and no one want to listen to me.

In this situation what can I do?
