Service Engineering not responding

Dear Mam/Sir,

Earlier I have give my complain regarding the change of my back shock absorb. At that time the service engg from bhubaneswar, orissa told me that I will personally check your vehicle but after february 15th but still now I am waiting for his call. My back shock absorb is creating problem. Requesting you to kindly look into this mattter and instruct me what to do.
