About poor servicing

I hv purchased my bike on 5 feb. during services there was no satisfactory work from there side. some time they fill only engine oil, no cleaning, no checking the problems, no washing, .He has rude behavior. In my area due to his behaviour and his after sales services people starts buy another company products. like bajaj, TVS etc. He is cheating with him with customers and the company. please take an action against him.
