I am a customer of your esteemed origination, i owned Hero Honda cbz extreme model which i have purchased on 19 Jan since from first service i am facing a serious problem in performance of my bike, details of the problem are :
1) Engine Starting problem during Rain or after washing
2) On highway when speed reaches 60 km/h or more than engine get automatically turn off which is a serious problem and may leads to accident.
I have visited many times to your service centre Galaxy motors, Bilaspur (c.g) and informed them about the problem, they told me after servicing that my problem has been solved and i will never face such problem again but later i found the problem was not solved and after two such services of my bike the problem is not yet solved.
I again visited Galaxy motors on 14/08/09 and informed them about the problem, Service supervisor of Galaxy motors told me that in CBZ model it is manufacturing problem of Not starting in Rain and it will remain in my bike and also he suggested me not to go for a ride during rain, secondly for my second problem he told me that Engine of CBZ extreme will come to line after 6000 to 8000 kms and until my bike reach to that mark this problem will remain and he also suggested me to always ride below speed of 60 kmh. If i have to ride below 60 km/h than i must have purchased some other 100 cc model of yours which had saved money and fuel both.
I feel both of the answers relating to my problem is not satisfactory and there is a lack of knowledge of your service staff or some more training is required to them. Hero Honda is a world leader in two Wheeler manufacturing and we as a customer have trust in the products manufactured by you form past several Decades.
Require your intervene in the above mentioned problem and request you to help me in solving it on urgent basis. Details of the Bike is as under :
