Hi All,

I am using HUNK and very happy with the product. I am using it from Nov. But as far as service is concern it is very difficult to accept the Brand. i used to give my bike for service to nangloi and pitampura at both the places i faced following problems:-

1) Irresponsible Staff

2) Lack of Space

3) Negligence for the standards as laid down by the company

4) Worst kind of behavior with Customers

5) Dadagiri in everything from signing of the documents to giving the bike back

6) High Charges

7) Misguiding for spare parts replacement

8) way of Talking with the customer is very painful

9) High Charges in the name of teflon coating

10) In some places no polishing is being done

11) Bad quality of Polish is used with water

12) Timing for service is never given priority

13) Frequent change in staff members

14) No fixed Rules/Guidelines (in some places Sunday is open while in others it is closed. Also i have seen Monday as OFF day)

So i must say that Hero Honda Must check these issues as they are effecting its Brand Value on which i still have some faith left.
