Iam not satisfied with the mileage of my Hero Honda bike Passion Pro

I have purchased a hero honda bike on 12/02/09 of Registration No. DL-3S-BJ-9272.From the very begining it s giving a mileage of 30km/ltr, whereas the dealer,

M/S ARC Motors, Okhla Ph-2 has given an ARC of 67km/ltr.after road test it gave a mileage of 67km/ltr, but after using this two wheeler till date Iam getting a mileage of 30km only. Iam in a pathetic situation and desperately need some

assistance as Iam unable to maintain using this bike. Its a shame on a Brand name like Hero Honda. Please bail me out...
