Back shocker problem

I have purchased new cbz and it is 3 months old. As though it is new bike it's back shoker is very strong and not good. It is creating back probelm for me. It has been notices to Service centre and Hero honda people. Hero honda company has to take apporpriate action and replace the shoker with new good one.

Almost all cbz people has same complaint, and cpmany ahs to replace with scoker of HUNK . This probel will create serious back issue with all Hero honda users
