Manufacturing Defect

I had purchased the model Hero Honda Passion Pro motorcycle, the seat was very loosely fitted on 26 Nov from dealer Malu Motors Private Limited, Kolkata. This is a fully cash purchase and the registration number is WB07B 3950. The salesman informed me that the problem would be resolved on the first service. But now the service center officer Mr. Avijit states on the third service date that this is the manufacturing defect with all motorcycles of this model and they cannot resolve it.
