Manufacturing Defect

I had purchased the motorcycle, the seat is very loosely fitted. The salesman informed me that the problem would be resolved on the first service. But now the service center officer Mr. Avijit states on the third service date that this is the manufacturing defect with all motorcycles of this model and they cannot resolve it.

If it is a manufacturing defect with all the motorcycle then why did Hero Honda launch this product and selling it in the market so freely. Please advice.
