Engine Problem due to careless of Service center person

Hi,

My Husband bought Hero Honda Passion plus, just 1 month back, and he gave it for free service (ride 650 km) yesterday. He got it back from service center and started to ride on it, after some 15km of travel, bike started giving some noice and stopped. When he checked it, he came to know that the service center person have not filled engine oil. Later we called them and asked them to rectify the problem. They have done something, and it has got rectified at that time, again the same problem occurred after an hour.

We are worried that since we have ride the bike without engine oil, the life of the engine might have got reduced, Hence the problem may again persist.

So, please advice us, what must be done now.
