Transportation of bike by Train

I, T R Bharat Reddy, have booked my Bike vide RR no 297049 dated 15.06.09 from Vadodara to Dhone. The receiver's name is Ravi Shankar.

It was witnessed in person during the time of loading on 16th June and the details are as below.

As per schedule, the train reaches Dhone at 23:30 hrs on Wednesday. That means my bike should have been unloaded on the night of 17th June. But till date, when we contacted the Dhone parcel office, we were told that the parcel has not reached the station. It was even more surprising to hear the office personnel saying that there is no train from Vadodara to Dhone. We were also asked to contact the Vadodara office as the bike was sent from Vadodara. And the Vadodara office saying that the bike has been loaded on 16th June and now it is the responsibility of Dhone station.

Kindly inform me the current status of my bike, else please give me the details of the office from where I can get the information.
