For Issuing NOC of my bike

I am Ashok Kumar from Kanpur (U.P.), I had purchased a bike Hero Honda Passion Plus in OCT from Northern Motors Kanpur, U.P., and take the loan from ur bank through your agent, per installment 1667 rupees for 18 months, now my loan is fully paid to your bank.

In August i had send my request to LUCKNOW BRANCH, with my original bank statement and RC photocopy, but there is no responce, i had not get my NOC.

I request you to issue my NOC at my address.
