Whistling Sound From The Engine

Respected Sir,

This is my second complaint that i am making for the same purpose. I bought a new Hero Honda Passion Plus Motor Cycle On Last August (21/08), Eng No:07D08M44297, Chasis No:07D09C3864, sir after riding nearly 3400 km a noticed a whistling sound from the engine i reported about the complaint to the nearest dealer (BYKE POINT MANJERI, ARD OF MARK MOTORS) but they didn't took any action on this so i mailed about this to this site and i got very quick response from you to meet BEST MOTORS, MALAPPURAM to clear the complaint as by this i approached them JOB Card No: 9039 d/t-30/05/08 km:9704, they changed the entire crank set, piston and cylinder after running nearly 1500 km again i noticed the same complaint when i approached them again they also agrred about the complaint Job Card No:9424, d/t 18/07/08, km 11176 they serviced the vechile and changed the entire crank assembly, cam shaft etc...

But sir it is very pity to say again i am facing the same problem with my m/c, km 11935. So kindly take this as a serious matter and please clear the complaint as soon as possible (it is under warranty period). I hope yu can imagine how tensed am i? So do something to clear the problem.
