Hero Honda Passion Pro
Late Delivery / Delivery not done

I have booked a bike for myself. The model is Hero Honda Passion Pro. The advance, an amount of Rs.10000/= in terms of cash has already been deposited as per receipt no : 2035 dated : 02/11/09. Since then I have been contacting the dealer about the delivery of the bike but there seems to be no real date when the bike will be delivered. The agency where I have booked the bike is as follows :

May I request you to kindly look into the matter and revert back to me as to when the bike will be delivered to me. Should I have enough dependability on Hero Honda or should I go for some other bike.
