Hero honda passion pro motor cycle
The new motor cycle that i bought is giving many problems

Dear sir,

I bought a new passion pro motor cycle from jainco automobiles on 11 oct with Engine number:-HA10ED9GL28845 and Chassis number:-MBLH10ER9GL28081.

the reason i bought this bike was i m working in a bank and have go palces in the city.when i went to the showroom the asked the sales man how much avg. does the bike gives he said 65 to 70 but my motorcycle is just giving 40 km/l.and the they have not assmebeled it the right way the clucth lever has no bolt in it is very loose and when i went to the company's dealer he said we dont have bolt write now and was very rude also.one more thing the motorcycle also do missing it just stops in the middle of the traffic.

the first reason that i m complaining about the dealer is that i have booked the bike n the 30th but they on the booking time took the money and did not said any thing about the waiting period to me and i also booked a silver colour motorcycle which the dealer didnot bothered to provied me and at last i was fed up going every day to the dealer and ask for the bike and on 11th i took the red and black passion pro.

One more thing sir i took the bike 2 times there but there is always very rush of people there and they say u will have to go thrugh the line if i go thrugh the line it will take 2 3 hours minimum.i bought the bike to save time not to waste the time in fixing it.

sir kindly take a look on my compalints and please reply me as soon as possible with solution.
