Poor/no service& repair at service centre of Hero honda

I have procured a scooter Pleasure bearing Reg. No. MH31BY 6352 about three years ago. Recently a problem was developed in that vehicle that Its rear wheel is not rotating freely & on running it seems to retarted by some thing which developes extra load on the vehicles engine & the avg.of the vehicle dropped drastically low. The matter was reported to M/s Aditya Auto Agencies Aditya Mahal Nagpur on 7/10/09 .They have promised to rectify the problem as they said they have understood it. The vehicle was delivered to my son on 8/10/09.It was told that every thing has been solved but just after a day same problem resurfaced.

In the past also similar problem was reported at about a month back. Each time the problem was reported to the M/s aditya auto, the Service centre of The biggest two wheeler manufacturer of the world as they say & claimed. But every thing went into vains. Now it seems that I have to donate the vehicle to M/S Hero Honda for detailed research on the problem persisted in my vehicle
