No Service as per Request Mentioned on Job card

On 3rd March 09 I was in Pratham Motors Hero Hondea Show Room

and on my Job Card (MOO5464) Service request mentioned from me is Scilencer noise problem and misfiring and average is 45 KM/Lit

Bill No C 31853

Complaint :-

1) No Service as per Job Care request (Scilencer Noise Mis Firing)

2) No proer root Cause Solution (Scilencer Noise Mis Firing)

Additional Parts Changes which were not able to solve Problem (Timing chain KIT REp and cam Chain KIt)

3) on Second time on 5th March no response from Service station

4) on 6th March Pump Cleaning _ NO Problem Solving

BIG ISSUE :- On Bill Contact No :- 66031383 66031384 these numbers are not existing as per

Phone Call

Really BIG Dissappointmet because of waisting Time and Rs 764 as a Service Bill For no Proper Service
