Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my worst experience regarding the servicing of my Hero Honda Bike "Splendour " at one of your service station at Bathinda-Kamal Enterprises.

I want to inform you that I am owner of Hero Honda Bike "Splendour " bike which I purchased on 31-12 (Invoice No 23018) from Kamal Enterprises Bathinda.

Since last FOUR months I am facing problem of some noice which is coming from Engine.

This was utmost surprise to me that none of the service technician was able to rectify the problem since four months.

I my last eights visits, no one is able to rectify the noice problem.

My Bike no is PB03T1199 and the chasis no is MBLHA10E18HM10377. Engine no is HA10EABHM22362.

You are requested to look into the matter and provide me the solution asap.
