Rejection of claim

My name is ARPAN GUPTA and I m From MEERUT (U.P.) some one has stolen my bike (Hero honda Splendor) from outside my house on 3 april at around 9.00 pm. So have loged my complaint in police station on the same day. i have also reported my insurance company (oriental insurance co.) next day. we met the surveyor in his office on 4 april. he also collect all the details from us and i have submitted a hand written application to him. After submit all the required all the documents asked by them along with keys they said that your claim is under process and u will be soon informed. But after 1 month (appx) one letter came in which they said that your claim is cancelled because u did'nt met surveyor when he came tomeet u. But truely speaking he neither tried to contact us nor came to meet us. i have visited their office sevral times but no one is their to listen me please check it. my no is
