Non receive of delivery

Respected sir,

i booked a motor cycle on my reserved ticket from guwahati to delhi vide luggage ticket no 304338 on 11/10/09 . booking clerk responsed me that you will get delivery at your destination ie delhi within 4 to 5 days .but above luggage item have not reached at delhi so far . we are facing acute problem due to non-receice of the above delivery so please take appropiate action to deliver the above item.
