Exchange Of Spare Parts from new to old ones

Hi,

I am a Hero Honda Splendour rider. I have been using it since May approximately 2 years. I did not have problems for first six months of usage. I gave serviced the bike regularly at the authorized services centers. But past 1 year the condition of the bike has been horrible. The mileage of the bike has reduced to about 25-30km/liter. Every time I get the bike serviced the condition improves slightly and reaches to a max of 40kmpl. However this does not last for long period. Within about 15days, the mileage again reduces back to about 30kmpl.

Previously when I had given my bike for servicing, the silencer has been replaced without my knowledge. They have replaced my new vehicles silencer with an old silencer which has a lots of scraches on it. These scracthces on the silencer made me realize that it has been replaced. When i queried them about it they denied that they have changed it and forced me not to come again with such a complaint.

Do let me know what should be done. Respond as soon as possible.
