Mileage related problem

I am receiving problems due to the mileage of my vehicle. It is just 35 km/ltr, which certainly is very low. I had made a complaint to KHANNA Auto mobiles and got the servicing done twice (from Khanna Auto mobiles workshop C-124 A, Mayapuri, Phase -2, New Delhi-64) but it did not help the cause.

I even got the battery replaced within 4 months from the date of parchase (13-04).
