Hero Ultra velocity E.Bike
Not replacing the batteries which are under warranty period

Respected Sir,

I have purchased Hero Ultra Velocity E-Bike, on 25th January, at a cost of 34, 819 Rupees. Ever since, the battery is not at all charging properly. When we complained this to the dealer, He is always asking us to complain to the company by email or fax. Our repeated emails to the company in this regard have been of no use.

in fact my husband purchased this e bike to me since I am a 38 years old, diploma holder in Electronics and communications enginering and running a computer salses and service business.

I am afraid the battery of the make is a rjected battery slot from UK and dumped to India.

Kindly do justice to me in this regards
