BATTERY LIFE

(1) i had bought hero ultra velocity scooter in august.

now my battery get down very early and an average of only 15-20 km per full charge

please solve our problem taht what we do to improve battery life.is there any refilling of water in battery is needed or any thing else. which one is best bettery in its class?

(2) and second thing is that the body meterial of hero ultra velocity is very poor (not durable) colour get yelloes and plastic of meter is get yelloies. what to do?
