Change of tariff plan from TC199 to TC249

Sir,

This is Manjunath R Doddamani Junior Engineer (Ele)., HESCOM (KEB), I am a Govt employee of Karnatake state and i was applied TC249 post paid plan on 09/04 but the vadafone store given TC199 plan insted of TC249 (TC249 plan already given to somebody who is our colligue). So i am requesting you that please convert my this plan TC199 to TC249 plan immediately as early as possible.
