HP service

HP is full of unprofessionals. I bought a HP laptop (dv 9700) six months back..used it for three months then there was some problem with the display adapter. So i contacted the dealer, so he sent the laptop to HP..i got a confirmation from HP through sms that service report has been generated..the dealer said that it would just take 4-5 days for everythin..its been more than 2 months now no reply from HP.I spoke to the regional head of HP (Mr. Somnath)..but of no use..and i am still waiting..HP sucks
