Unstopable issues

I had purchased a compaq presario v 3000 laptop on June 30th.it has been around 22 months passed and i visited to hp service around 22 times, and this time again the display is not working as the same in earlier cases. This calculated term can easily show the type of technology they are providing in India. I had replaced the motherboard around 5 times and touch pad at once, along with it, I am suffering a lot because its impossible to get my work done without a laptop.kindly take some meaningful action this time regarding this issue.
