Employee Pension Scheme refund application Submitted (10C)

Hello Team,

This is with regard to my Employee Pension Scheme refund, that is still not credited to my account, The requiered documents are already filled with RPFC on 12th November by Hewlett Packard.

I have been informe by the company that my EPS will be credited to my account within 2 - 3 months of filing it with Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (A Government Body). Now its more than 10 months please help me with this issue.

My EPS number is: KN/BN/25002/005557

Please find the attached FILLED FORM 10C.

Please let me know by when this amount will be credited to my account.
