I purchased a Pavillion dv4 series laptop of HP 6 months back. Its warranty period is for 1 year. Now its monitor is flickering continuously. When I tried to contact their customer support which the company boast of as 'Total Care'.But to my dismay I could not find any online support for resolving my issue. The online support HP providing is just chating without any instruction to their local authorised center to behave professionaly. Unlike various other consumer products they do not have any website exclusively catering to the need of Indian Consumers.
Again in online support once you chat with one person and if you chart for the second time then you will not find that person. I mean every time you chat with an online technician every time you will find a new person. So it is a case of everybody;s responsibility means nobody's responsibility.
The most strange thing is that inspite of my aasking several time nobody is giving the contact e mail id of their Head of Indian Operation with regard to Customer Support. I want my plight to be presented before their Chief of Customer Support.
Their Local Authorised Support Center at ROURKELA, ORISSA, INDIA is very very unprofessional in their attitude. As the machine is only 6months old I want it to be replaced with a new machine, instead of repairing the monitor of the Notebook.
