Issue with laptop

The quality of the laptop is the is the concern they changed the lcd panel that too on an online complaint from me now there are new problems if i keep the laptop switced off allso the battery drains and the worst part is i mailed to a concerned in hp and did not get a mail or reply back for helping me sort my issue
