Non Serviceable Printe

I bought a Printer No HP 6318 All-in-One for Rs.13000/- with 1 yr warranty. After about 30 months the printer's logic card malfunctioned...

i complained to the Hp helpline nos... they said its out of warranty but i said i can pay for the repairs but it must be repaired as they never mentioned while selling that they have non-serviceable parts inside!

its been more than 1 month i did not get any reply or repairs done even when the cost of the printer is so high...

they did not even offer me another printer in exchange with this one...

Can you please Help...
