I am not at all satisfied with HP Promotional Offe

I had purchased HP Pavallion Laptop (DV6-1152TX) on 20th September that time HP was giving Philips Music Player worth Rs.3999/- at Rs 1299/- under Student Promotional offer. I had sent all the necessary document including cheque to HP Redemption Support, Chandigarh within a week of my purchase. Also, my claim has been approved by their end. It was written on site product will be delivered to you within 14 business days but already nearly two and half months has been past but they have not dispatched me the misic player till date. Also It is very difficult to call customer care as it says "please stay on line" but nobody answers the call till end. After trying again and again sometime we are able to talk them but they always say your claim has been approved and music player will be dispatched by tommorrow. From last 10-12 days they are saying the same thing but they are not delivering it.
