Dear Sir,

I had purchased above mentioned laptop on dated 31-1. I registered on line for my gift. A D/D of Rs.9000 towards handling charges, etc along with other documents was sent to the above mentioned address. My gift was to be received by 7th March that is within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of claim at their office which was received by them at 6-2 but even till date i have not received my free gift of Videocon Wall-Mountable LCD TV. I called them a lot of times but after transfering call to customer care the call immediately gets disconnected. My friend also visited their office in New Delhi but most of the times no one is available in office. The security person says just one thing that staff will come after lunch. Even if someone is present they say that concerned person is not available. I don t know what to do. Please help me out to get my gift.
