Income Tax Refund - AY 07

Hi,

My PAN number is AGMPA3508M. Regarding my Income Tax refund for the year 07, the refund cheque dated 17/02 for the amount Rs.3160 has been sent to my old address in Mumbai. But, I've shifted to Chennai.By the time, the cheque was resent to Chennai, it is already more than 6 months old. So, the cheque is invalid now.

How do I reclaim my cheque?? Let me know the procedure. Thanks.
