Haven't got my gift yet

Sir as the company i send a dd of rs 500 to hp redemptions as i waz told to do. i even got the acknowledgement letter .they said that they had sent my gift but i dint get it .i had gone home for an important work .they said thwy will dispatch the gift and i will get it within 2-3 weeks. its over and i feel i have been cheated .its not a question of rs 500 but a matter of trust between company and a customer. please help me out . this cause inconvenience both for the customer and the company .please help me out.i just want the gift
