Haven't got my gift yet

I had model no dv6767TX .I did what the dealer told me to do . i must be honest .they sent me the acknowledgement mail.they again sent me a mail saying that they sent the gift but received it back.i had gone for some important work so i had to go home.it was not my fault.they then sent me a mail saying that i will get it within 2-3 weeks .they will dispatch my gift as soon as possible.they had some technical difficulties and i will get the gift within 2-3 weeks but its two weeks and i haven't received any gift.its not a matter of just rs 500.its a matter of trust between a company and a customer.i dont want to lose trust on hewlett packard.according to me its the best company but such situations compel me to rethink and re-evaluate my views.please hpredemtions its a sincere request please dispatch my gift as fast as posssible because i will lose faith in u .i feel like getting cheated .please give my gift . i am waiting eagerly for it.please don't taste my patience and trust
