Non Receipt of Promotional Offe

I had purchased one HP-Pavilion Laptop on 21/10.I was being informed about a Free Gift from HP.Accordingly, I registered and got my Redemption Code as :87NQZUMR3Q.I made a draft worth Rs.990/- and send with necessary documents to HP-Redemption Cell through Speed Post. But, till date there is no gift -no communication from HP inspite of sending so many mail to them. I had not expected such type of responce from HP.
